Management Team

Yaron Eitan Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Eitan has been a private equity manager since 2002 as partner of SCP Partners ($800M AUM) and founder of Selway Capital.  As President & CEO of Vector Security Intersect Acquisition Corporation, our first blank check company, he raised $60M and completed the acquisition of Cyalume Technologies in 2008. He has prior experience as a public company CEO and as an entrepreneur. Mr. Eitan holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Edmundo Gonzalez, Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Gonzalez has been a private equity manager and partner of Selway Capital, as well as a principal of SCP Partners since 2007. He has worked with Mr. Eitan for eleven years serving in various capacities including as manager of a portfolio company, as an investment professional and as a partner of Selway Capital. Mr. Gonzalez holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an AB from Harvard University.

Jarret Fass, Vice-President

Mr. Fass joined Selway Capital in 2009 with over five years experience in corporate strategy, investment banking and principal investing at Bear Stearns. He is currently acting as head of corporate strategy at Cyalume Technologies, the company acquired with Selway’s first blank check company. Mr. Fass holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Connecticut College.

Directors

Yair Shamir, Chairman

Mr. Shamir was the Chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) from 2005 to 2011. He has been a private equity manager, and a Chairman & Managing Partner at Catalyst Investments, L.P. since 2000. Mr. Shamir has vast previous public and private company experience including serving as Chairman of El Al where he led the company’s privatization effort.  He is a director of Cyalume Technologies, the company acquired with Selway’s first blank check company.  Mr. Shamir holds a BS from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He currently serves as a Director of the Institute’s Board of Governors.

Doron Cohen, Director

Mr. Cohen is the founder and senior partner of Doron Cohen & Co. Law Offices. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel since 1999. He served as a director of Cyalume Technologies, the company acquired with Selway’s first blank check company, until June 2011.  Mr. Cohen holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University. 

Andrew Intrater, Director

Mr. Intrater has been the CEO and senior managing partner of Columbus Nova since 2000. He has been a director of Renova Media Enterprises Ltd. since 2007 and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Moscow Cable com Corp., a Moscow-based broadband multi-system operator (MSO), from January 2005 to July 2007 until it was acquired by Renova Media Enterprises Ltd. He is a director of Cyalume Technologies, the company acquired with Selway’s first blank check company.  He was previously the President of Oryx Technology. Mr. Intrater holds a BS from Rutgers University.
