Mr. Gonzalez has over thirteen years of experience as a consultant, manager and investor. Mr. Gonzalez has worked with Mr. Eitan since 1999 at SCP Partners, a private equity investment firm with multiple funds under management, either as a senior executive at SCP Partners’ portfolio companies or as a principal private equity investment professional.

Since March 2009, Mr. Gonzalez has served as a partner of Selway Capital where he continues to work on portfolio company transactions, including recapitalizations, acquisitions, mergers and sales. Mr. Gonzalez’ operational background includes serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Software Technology, Inc., an educational software company as well as various positions including Chief Operating Officer at TestU, an online education company which was sold to Software Technology, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Gonzalez served as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting (now IBM Business Consulting) where he consulted Fortune 500 clients in the media, telecom and publishing industries.

Mr. Gonzalez graduated with a bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard University and received an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
